Organisational Psychology

Organisational Psychology is the study of people’s wellbeing, management and performance in the workplace. This type of psychology can significantly help industries and organisations to improve/solve administration, management, sales, and marketing problems. Activities may include policy planning; employee testing and selection, training and development; and organizational development and analysis.

Attending this course will help trainees to realise the potential of human power, gain an excellent understanding of how to apply psychological theories and skills in the workplace and how to improve employees’ wellbeing, management and productivity.
