Course Overview

From the moment we meet someone they are responding to our behaviour, by developing assertive communication, positive body language and high Emotional Intelligence (EI) we can create productive relationships.  This course will enable individuals to communicate with confidence any ideas, concerns or issues and create the right impression. During this course participants will learn to:

  • Use assertive language when communicating ideas, thoughts and decisions.
  • Create the right first impression and building strong business relationships
  • Negotiate and influence within a variety of situations to gain a win/win scenario taking into account cultures and values.
  • Understand and use TA (Transactional Analysis) in order to achieve productive relationships
  • Manage stressful situations whilst maintaining a professional image.
  • Present ideas and decisions in a dynamic and inspirational way

The three days covers the following skills and knowledge input:

Day 1 Image and Self Projection- Understanding your behaviours and that of others
Day 2 Influencing and Negotiating with integrity
Day 3 Confidence, Competence and Composure
