Overview

This practical course is designed to give participants an introduction into the world of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and the benefits of using it within a business environment.  Using everyday business situations it introduces participants to a variety of NLP tools that achieve great results.NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) a powerful and practical form of applied psychology offering radical insights into how our minds work.  Reported in ‘The Times’ (UK, 2009), NLP is used in a plethora of successful organisations such as Microsoft, Barclays, Honda, Vodafone, NLP gives people the tools they need to influence change, improve rapport, build relationships and reduce conflict.  NLP focuses on enabling people to think, feel and achieve results that supports organisational results as well as their own success.

This is a highly participative and practical three day course where attendees will be taught how to use NLP and put this knowledge quickly into practice.  The course includes individual & team exercises and practical demonstrations.  Attendees will be required to participate fully.
